The Otero County Youth Empowerment Association is a collaborative "Action for Youth Intitiative" which is composed of youth, parents, local non-profit youth focused agencies and representatives from area schools and businesses. The purpose of Y. E. A. is to bring youth and adults together to build healthy communities.
